BREAKING: Uncertainty Over Besigye Prayer as Lubaga Cathedral Omits Event
Archbishop of Kampala Diocese Paul Ssemogerere had offered to lead the prayers organised by the People's Front for Freedom party

There is uncertainty over prayers for the ailing opposition leader, Dr Kizza Besigye, as the church did not include the event in today’s agenda, leaving opposition supporters stranded outside Lubaga Cathedral.

Unconfirmed reports suggest the prayer service, organised for Besigye and other detained political prisoners, may have been postponed.

We are trying to verify the reports and we will bring you confirmed details shortly.
