Punter wins shs227m with 22Bet
A university student is whistling all the way to bank having placed a bet with 22Bet and won Shs227 million.
The punter who asked to be identified by the Christian name said he crafted a bet slip encompassing 30 games, each carefully selected to maximize his chances.

“I have been a regular punter by this time round I decided to place a bet on 30 games. I used shs2500 to place the bet and predicting no penalties in all the 30 games selected.I froze in disbelief when I realized my stake had made me win ssh227 million,” the student of engineering told journalists on Wednesday.
Asked whether he will stop betting, Oscar said having won shs227 million, he will continue placing bets.
“I am going home to rest and plan what to do with the money I have won but I will use the shs7 million to place another bet.”
22 Bet brand ambassador cum singer, Diana Namukwaya, also known as Spice Diana handed over the cheque to the punter.
