Muheirwe said he last talked to Kembabazi in 2013. He said attempts to reach her by phone in September this year were futile because she did not pick his calls.

The commission the asked him to provide them with the contact of his sister. They also confiscated his phones and after they were searched, it was discovered that he had last spoken to Kembabazi on October 13 this year.

The commission also tasked Muheirwe to provide the documents for the purchase and the transfer of the land from the seller to him.
