We want to tell you that we are going to fix roads so that all roads get tarmac. Because you have been reduced to beggars, you cannot ask for accountability. For every kilometre of road done in Uganda, 19 kilometres are stolen. This is not fine because 90% of what is used, including labourers, are from Uganda

“This area is very fertile for cotton and cassava. Poverty is about to finish you because it is a deliberate decision by the government to make us beggars. That’s why I’m here to tell you that it is time for change. We have the best manifesto as FDC. If you vote us to power, you will see real change coming,” Mafabi stated.

Key highlights of Mafabi’s vision include economic transformation, improved infrastructure, and enhanced social services. He promised significant investments in roads, energy, and water to stimulate economic growth and improve the quality of life for Ugandans.

“We want to tell you that we are going to fix roads so that all roads get tarmac. Because you have been reduced to beggars, you cannot ask for accountability. Mafabi concluded his address by reaffirming his dedication to serving the people of Uganda and delivering on a vision that prioritises prosperity, peace, and sustainable development.
