Examination body,  UNEB, extended the deadline for the normal registration of candidates for the 2026 PLE, UCE, and UACE examinations to June, 30, 2026.

This extension applies to both existing schools and newly accredited examination centers.

Speaking on Monday, the police spokesperson said some school heads are overcharging candidates but warned this is also illegal.

“We want to issue a firm warning that we are coming for you. We shall not entertain excuses. We shall throw you behind bars. It is not okay to get these young souls wanting to have their future and kill to destroy their entire year.”
