Ecobank announces 75 day loan repayment holiday for customers
Ecobank has announced that its customers now have the opportunity to obtain loans with a pay-back reprieve of 75 days.
Officials said having this grace period will allow the customers to prepare their payment plans accordingly.

She explained that as a Pan-African bank, Ecobank factors in the economic climate as well as their client needs when devising such measures.
According to Muliisa, many people are willing to get loans from banks but the process tends to hinder them, noting that the 75 day loan repayment holiday will give relief to borrowers.

The announcement and implementation of the loan repayment holiday comes on the backdrop of Ecobank’s celebration of its customer service week, an internationally observed commemoration of the importance of providing exemplary support and service to customers.
According to Ecobank officials, the loan repayment holiday campaign will see customers get up to 75 days of repayment holiday, get loans in a day, zero arrangement fees and auto salary advance of up to 50% of salary.
