Kabaka Foundation has marked 30 years of service with its California chapter celebrating the milestone in the United States, highlighting achievements in health, education, and community development while pledging continued innovation and sustainability.

Kabaka Foundation has marked 30 years of service, with its California chapter in the United States holding celebrations to recognise the organisation’s achievements over the past three decades.

During the anniversary event held at Odyssey Hotel in California, a message from Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II was delivered by Fred Makubuya Ssenoga.

In his message, the Kabaka thanked God and the founders of Kabaka Foundation for enabling the organisation to achieve the goals for which it was established.

He also applauded all individuals who have served on the foundation’s board over the last 30 years, including volunteers and supporters who have contributed towards sustaining its programmes and activities.

“I thank everyone who has played a role in supporting Kabaka Foundation over the past 30 years. Your commitment and sacrifice have enabled the organisation to continue serving our people,” the Kabaka’s message read.

The Kabaka expressed satisfaction over the foundation’s achievements in education, health services, blood donation drives, support for vulnerable communities, and programmes aimed at improving agriculture and livestock farming.

He further called upon board members and leaders of Kabaka Foundation branches across different countries to embrace innovation and strengthen sustainability efforts to ensure the continued growth of the organisation and the planned Kabaka Foundation Academy project.

“I am pleased with the achievements registered in education, health, blood donation and supporting vulnerable people. I encourage the leadership to continue innovating so that Kabaka Foundation remains strong for future generations,” the message added.

The celebrations attracted members of the Buganda community in the diaspora, supporters of the Kingdom, and well-wishers who commended the foundation for its contribution to community development and social transformation over the years.
