Singer Vincent Kibalama alias Green Daddy, has accused Mulago National Referral Hospital of negligence following the death of his daughter on Monday morning.
The artist claimed that the tragedy could have been prevented, blaming what he described as poor handling and lack of urgency from medical staff at the facility.
In videos that have since circulated widely on social media, the visibly distressed singer is seen expressing frustration and anger, alleging that hospital workers failed to provide adequate care.
“I performed for this government throughout their campaign because I wanted money, and they paid me. But now we are facing the reality. Things are not going well at Mulago," the singer said.
H added, "There's negligence. My daughter has died from here because of negligence” he said in one of the clips."
The 30-year-old musician further claimed that hospital security personnel attempted to stop him from recording as he tried to voice his concerns and highlight what he believes went wrong.
Mulago National Referral Hospital had not yet issued an official statement regarding the singer’s accusations by the time of publication.
