Singer Patrick Mulwana, known as Alien Skin, has been remanded to Luzira Prison until November 28, on charges related to causing grievous harm at St. Francis Hospital in Nsambya.

On Monday morning, Alien Skin and his bodyguard, Julius Mugabi, appeared before the Makindye Magistrates' Court for their hearing.

Both denied the charges and were subsequently remanded to Luzira until November 28, 2024.

They are scheduled to return to court on Thursday for further proceedings.

Earlier, fans of Alien Skin gathered at the Makindye Magistrates' Court to show their support for the singer, but they were dispersed by police.

Presidential Advisor Full Figure and several family members also attended the court to stand in solidarity with the embattled singer.

The duo was arrested last week after a viral video surfaced on social media, showing Alien's group attacking staff at Nsambya Hospital, with the "Sitya Danger" appearing to endorse the violence.

Alien's group appeared assaulting security guards and medical personnel at the facility.

On Wednesday, Alien was arrested and later charged with stealing an iPhone 15 Pro valued at Shs3.5 million, Shs480,000 in cash, and a wallet containing a national ID, all belonging to a man named Salim Mubiru.

He denied the theft charges, and as a result, Grade One Magistrate Esther Adikini remanded the singer until December 9, when the case will be mentioned again.

He now faces multiple charges including theft and causing grievous harm.
