First Lady  Janet Museveni has emphasized the critical role of proper record-keeping in the success of the Parish Development Model (PDM) .

Speaking during a monitoring meeting in Ruhaama County, Ntungamo, Mrs. Museveni underscored the importance of documenting the impact of PDM to assess its effectiveness in transforming rural communities.

“We must track the progress of these programs to understand how they are transforming our communities,” she said, calling for clear records to monitor PDM’s progress and ensure that the initiative reaches its full potential.

She highlighted that keeping accurate and detailed records allows stakeholders to assess how the program is helping to improve lives and create long-term change.

The First Lady further stressed that tracking the growth of PDM is essential to understanding how the program is lifting communities out of poverty.
