The Ugandan side sealed top spot in Group B with a commanding 4-0 victory over South Sudan at KMC Stadium on Thursday, maintaining a perfect record in both attack and defence.
The Teen Cranes produced a controlled and clinical performance, scoring twice in each half. Shadia Nabirye and Justine Ayerango were the standout performers, each scoring a brace to secure all four goals.
The result capped an impressive group-stage run in which Uganda earlier defeated Djibouti 13-0 and Zanzibar 3-0, finishing with three wins from three matches.

Kenya progressed after a dramatic group-stage encounter against Sudan, where they were leading 16-0 before the match was abandoned in the 56th minute. The CECAFA organising committee later awarded them the result after review.
Hosts Tanzania will face South Sudan in the other semi-final as the tournament enters its knockout stage.
