The flamboyant socialite cum businessman is set to return on Wednesday aboard Air Tanzania and it is expected he will resume from where he had stopped in bankrolling the social scene.
To confirm this, Pemba will hit the ground running and according to posters already circulating, he will throw a welcome party at Chez Boss Mutoto in Munyonyo with drinks and eats on him, a few hours after his return.
The socialite known for his lavish spending left the country last year amid claims that he was indebted to businessman Godfrey Kirumira.
