KCCA bids farewell to former legal director, Ouma

Kampala Capital City Authority has bid farewell to their outgoing director in charge of legal affairs, Charles Ouma.

Ouma handed in his resignation last month in which he indicated he would cease being an employee of KCCA on April 29, 2019.

Speaking at the farewell party, acting KCCA Executive Director, Eng. Andrew Kitaka praised Ouma for being instrumental in the development of the city.

"Charlie has distinguished himself as a unique advocate with a very good temperament & great emotional intelligence,”Kitaka said on Thursday evening.

Ouma has served in KCCA for 8 years first as the deputy director in charge of litigation, policy and advisory from 2011 to 2017 when he was appointed full director to replace his then boss, Mike Okua.

Ouma joins the long list of other directors who have resigned at KCCA including Jennifer Musisi(Executive Director), Danile Kyambadde( Director treasury services), Judith Tukahirwa(deputy executive director), David Sseruka(public health), Martin Kiiza(manager in charge of drainage),Jennifer Kaggwa(human resource) and Jeremy Ntambi( engineering and technical service).
