The deputy speaker of Parliament Thomas Tayebwa has implored  government to always review university courses before licensing different educational institutions.

Tayebwa was speaking during the fourth graduation ceremony of King Ceasor University where graduates were tasked to adopt technology even after school.

Over 240 students have graduated from King Ceasor University during the fourth graduation ceremony in different courses.

Tayebwa said it makes no sense for government to license different universities before reviewing the respective courses.

“I need government to prioritize the issue of licensing such institutions because in some instances we have  who have zero teachers hours yet they are paid when they are on leave” Tayebwa said

Presided over by the Archbishop of Kampala Archdiocese, the Most Reverend Paul Ssemogerere, in his speech he advised the students to refrain from activities of dishonesty and corruption during their work places.

“ You are moving out of this University, but avoid engaging incorruption and be honesty do not be taken a way by earthly things”, Ssemogerere said

As Uganda makes strides towards vision 2040, Graduates were tasked to embrace technology in the challenging evolving world.
