Following the kidnap and shocking murder of Susan Magara, an accountant and daughter to a one John Magara of Lubowa, Entebbe road, the family has expressed disappointment in security agencies, specifically the police force.
Susan's lifeless body was found along southern bypass in Wakiso district 20 days after she had been kidnapped.
The deceased's grandfather Lenny Muganwa now questions the effectiveness of security operatives after spending days on investigations with no results.

"I think every security service was involved. They did what they could but it looks like these people (Kidnappers) were much smarter than them. They couldn't rescue the life of Susan," Muganwa said.
"20 days is a long time to wait and 20 days is also a long time for police to find out what is going on. In the end they didn't find out , only for us to be told that she is dead".
According to Bernard Kajura, the deceased's uncle, they received the news of Susan's death from president Museveni.
"We got the news this (27th February) morning when the president Museveni called the father of the deceased and told us that the girl had been killed," Kajura said.
Susan Magara, aged 28 was a cashier at Bwendero Diary farm procurement offices located along Kabaka Anjagala road.
Her death brings the number of women murdered in Wakiso district to 24 in only 6 months.
Suzan's body will be taken to Hoima for an overnight vigil and will be laid to rest on Thursday at muganwa ancestral home in Kitoba Hoima district.
Meanwhile, the Uganda police force has announced a hefty bounty amount of Shs 100m to whoever brings the kidnappers to book.
