Faith Alupo, the Woman Member of Parliament for Pallisa District has passed on, parliament has announced.
Alupo passed on at Mulago Hospital yesterday evening according to acting Director of Communications at Parliament, Ms. Hellen Kaweesi.

The cause of her death is not yet known. Kaweesa said a statement on her actual cause of death will be availed soon.
“What we are aware of now is that we have lost a Member of Parliament. She died last evening, a statement will be taken out as soon as we have all the facts,” she said.
