Pius Ngabo named IUEA coach

Police FC assistant coach Pius Ngabo has been unveiled as the new head coach of the International University of East Africa, IUEA, football club on a temporary contract.

Ngabo who deputises Cops boss Abudallah Mubiru will head the Kansanga based team that is currently struggling in the university football league at the bottom of group D team log with one point in the two games played so far .

The new coach is expected to help the side stay afloat.

He joins a university side that hasn't won any game in two but he has a plan for it he says

"I am happy to be appointed as the head coach of IUEA , it's a great opportunity. My target now is to help my team go passed the group stages and also first focus on the players attitude so that we can win our next matches and be able to please our fans "

Pius Ngabo will be assisted by Denis Latim and Yusuf Bbale from Mutungo football club and his first task will be at home when his side hosts UCU at their IUEA grounds.

 

Kyambogo university are the defending champions of the 2018 university league .
