The East African Legislative assembly members of the Committee of regional affairs and conflict resolution chaired by Hon Dr Gerald Siranda Blacks have concluded a five day committee engagement in Kigali Rwanda and will be joining plenary commencing after.
The members of these committee from Uganda include Hon Amongin, Hon Mary and Hon Siranda.
