As part of the goals to build a strong culture in the fast growing industry - Next Media Services has in the past years been holding a themed monthly event dubbed ‘The Next Media Talks’ that entails great entertainment, awarding the empoyees of the month, binges, fun activities, and inspirational message from distinguished guests (leaders) from other reputable companies.
The event which is usually organized by a department every month, has since introduced a segment dubbed ‘Karaoke’, a platform where representatives from different departments step up to showcase their talents.
The winners are awarded with big prizes as a way of appreciating their participation in the stiff contest.
