The meeting took place at the Buganda Kingdom headquarters in Bulange, Mengo where the Katikkiro met representatives of B. Clara H. Property Services Ltd led by their founder, Herbert Ssenyonga.

The delegation had paid a courtesy visit to express appreciation for his leadership and to brief him on the progress and operations of their real estate company, which deals in land and property management.

In his remarks, Mayiga cautioned that the impatience for wealth among young people often leads to costly mistakes. He emphasized that money retains its value at any stage of life, noting that even if one accumulates wealth later in life, it can still be enjoyed meaningfully—especially if it has been earned through honest and steady effort.

Mayiga further advised aspiring entrepreneurs to avoid unnecessary borrowing, warning that excessive loans can result in overwhelming debt and ultimately cripple their businesses. He encouraged all professionals and business leaders to prioritize innovation, transparency, diligence, and a genuine passion for their work.

In his remarks, Ssenyonga expressed gratitude to the Katikkiro for his insightful and impactful guidance, noting that the message was both timely and personally inspiring. He stated that the advice had significantly contributed to his own growth as an entrepreneur.

Ssenyonga added that beyond providing quality real estate services, the company remains committed to supporting initiatives of the Buganda Kingdom.
