President Museveni has appointed Arthur Mugyenyi as the new Director General of the Internal Security Organisation(ISO) with immediate affect.
The position fell vacant after the death of Brig Gen Charles Oluka in February this year.
According to the deputy presidential press secretary Faruk Kirunda, Mugyenyi will be deputized by Tony Kinyera Apecu to replace Col Emmy Katabazi who has been appointed a deputy ambassador to a yet to be named country.
