More than 2200 students were today awarded degrees and certificates at a colourful 26th graduation ceremony at the Islamic University In Uganda (IUIU) Mbale campus.
The chief guest at the function was Edward Kiwanuka Ssekandi, the Vice President.
Ssekandi implored the candidates to acquire additional skills if they are to get ahead in the job market.
