Charles currently serves as the Manager for Information Advocacy and Public Relations at the National Planning Authority (NPA). With over 20 years of experience in journalism, public relations, and communications, he has played a pivotal role in shaping how institutions engage the public.

He holds a Master of Arts in Journalism and Media Studies from Uganda Christian University and is currently pursuing a PhD in the same field. His career began on screen as a TV presenter on UTV, later advancing through the ranks to become Manager at UBC TV, General Manager at Top TV and Radio, and Principal Public Relations Officer at the National Population Council.
