Speaking at the ceremony, Byamah challenged the graduates to embrace self-awareness as a foundation for effective leadership.

“Before you look at those you lead, look at the person in the mirror; authentic leadership begins with knowing yourself and leading by example,” Byamah said.

He said investing in people remains central to the bank’s strategy as it seeks to respond to evolving customer needs while promoting accountability and excellence across its operations.

The training covered key areas including self-awareness, team leadership, executive presence, building high-performance teams and leading for results.
