Uganda Cranes head coach Paul Put has included a few surprise talents into the decisive Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against South Africa and Congo Brazzaville.
Among the fresh inclusions is KCCA’s on-form goalkeeper Mutwalib Mugoloofa, whose six clean sheets in seven games has helped the Kasasiro to the top of the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.
Put has also included SC Villa’s Hakim Kiwanuka, who has scored three goals in seven matches for the record 17-time league champions, and Hippos forward John Paul Dembe, currently with Hackens in Sweden.
