Mityana Municipality Member of Parliament Francis Zaake Butebi has been rearrested and is being driven to Gulu in a police pick up where he is likely to be charged with treason.

The Arua Chief magistrates court presided over by Daniel Lubowa had earlier granted him a non cash bail of 50 million shillings and his sureties after being charged with escaping from lawful custody.

Zaake through his lawyer Mandira Jimmy of Mandira and Company advocates represented Francis Zaake in court.
