In a press conference on Monday morning, Bobi Wine announced the concert had been moved to his Busaabala beach.

“Having faced challenges earlier in organizing Kyarenga concert, we got views from friends and well- wishers and we have agreed to hold our show at our home at One Love Beach, Busaabala,”Bobi Wine said.

The singer who emphasized that he was addressing the media as Bobi Wine was flanked by fellow musicians including king Saha, and Nubian Li among others said they always look at solutions in any problem adding that they had to swiftly change the venue.

He however warned security against interfering with the concert at Busaabala.

“We have written to police to provide security and we don’t expect any disorganization or confrontation but cooperation,”’Bobi Wine warned.

The self - proclaimed ghetto gladiator a week and a half ago suffered another setback after Namboole stadium management revoked its earlier provisional offer to host the concert on November 9th, 2018 sighting a complaint from Uganda’s football governing body, the Federation of Uganda’s Football Association (FUFA).

“In light of the above stated matters coupled with the Mandela National Stadium’s mandate ‘To promote sports in Uganda’, we regret to inform you that the stadium shall not be able to host your event as tentatively booked. You are therefore advised to seek for an alternative. Thank you,”Namboole said in a letter to Bobi Wine.

Earlier, the stadium management had stopped the concert saying the venue had been booked earlier for a wedding and a workshop.
