Bobi Wine dismisses reports that government is paying for his Harvard course

Kyadondo East legislator Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu, best known as Bobi Wine has rubbished claims that the leadership course he is undertaking at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government is being sponsored by government.

The short course at the world's top university is aimed at equipping the leaders in the 21st Century with the necessary knowledge and skills to meet the challenge and requirements for this generation.

Other legislators like Norbert Mao and Abdu Katuntu have attended it before.

Using various social media platforms, Kyagulanyi said: "I am not on any government sponsorship deal.  I did music years ago for people and I was paid well. This is the money I am using here at Harvard."

He added: "The people of Kyadondo East entrusted me with power and this is part of fruits they are going to reap."
