Featured

The leader of opposition Betty Aol Ochan yesterday made changes to the shadow cabinet appointing Rubaga South MP Kato Lubwama and Kampala Central MP Muhammad Nsereko to the opposition front bench.

Lubwama, a former dramatist, was named shadow minister for Culture and Performing Arts while Nsereko, who is critical of the NRM, is the minister for Security. Both MPs are independents.

Ochan said the changes are aimed at revitalising the opposition ahead of the 2021 elections.
