Woman dies on Kampala-bound bus

Mulakigeri Flavia, a 35-year-old resident of Kisoro district, passed away on a bus headed towards Kampala.
Flavia, who had been battling breast cancer for three years, was returning home from treatment at the Mbarara Cancer Institute. Her condition worsened on the journey, and she died while the bus was passing through Ntungamo.
Her caretaker did not inform anyone onboard about her passing and remained silent until reaching Kisoro, where they notified the police around 6:00 PM.

Police arrived at the scene in Kisoro and documented the incident. Witness statements were obtained, and Flavia's body was transported to Kisoro Hospital for a postmortem examination.
