Christians in Mubende District turned up in huge numbers to celebrate Good Friday. The holy ceremony was led by Rev Fr Emmanuel Mwerikande of Our Lady of Fatima Mubende Parish, who urged Christians to always repent their sins and to nurture their children in the way of the Christ. Among the Christians who were involved in the Way of the Christ walk is Municipality Mayor Innocent Ssekiziivu, who urged Mubende people to celebrate Easter while "economising their resources".
