The Corrupt Will Rot in Jail When We Get Into Power - ANT
The ANT members and other opinion leaders address brief the media

The Alliance for National Transformation Party has rebuked Museveni's comments when he thanked the Speaker of Parliament Annet Anita Among Bukedea for 'using money from national coffers to give back to the community.'

According to ANT, Museveni would have gone to Bukedea to ascertain whether or not the allegations of misuse of public funds put on the speaker of parliament were true.

"As Alliance for National Transformation, we shall not condone corruption at all. A leadership with Corruption has no sense of direction. The time we will taste the National leadership, the destination for the corrupt will be jail." said Okumu Martin, one of the addressers.

According to ANT, the president has not rightly played the demand of accountability from Parliament well but he has resorted to rebuking those patriotic Ugandans on social media who are concerned about the way Parliament has killed its reputation and built mistrust before the public.
