Police and military has deployed heavy around parliament ahead of today's morning session expected to be presided over by speaker of Parliament Annet Anita Among.
Yesterday, Clerk to parliament Adolf Mwesigye notified members of parliament of today's sitting and some of the issues to be discussed include the alleged corruption scandals trending on social media, designation of memes of Parliament to new committees among other issues
