Joe Kigozi Academy to Host Inaugural Autism Awareness Run 2025

The funds accrued from the Autism Awareness Run 2025 are designated to support a range of critical initiatives, including the provision of therapeutic programs for individuals with ASD, the development and dissemination of educational resources for schools and families, the implementation of community outreach programs aimed at reducing social stigma, and the establishment of family support networks.
The inaugural Autism Awareness Run 2025, organized by the Joe Kigozi Academy (JKA) in collaboration with BNI, unfolded on April 5th, 2025, at the Acres of Fun Pre-school in Muyenga, marking a significant endeavor to elevate public understanding and support for individuals affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
