Registrar of the Supreme Court, Harriet Ssali Nalukwago, expressed optimism about the potential for eradicating the longstanding backlog, emphasizing the role of the newly introduced mandatory quarterly sessions.
"With each quarter dedicated to handling 30 cases, we anticipate a transformative impact on case management," stated Nalukwago.
The recent addition of Justices Catherine Bamugemereire and Monica Mugyenyi has injected fresh impetus into the judicial apparatus, heralding a renewed vigor in the adjudication process.
