The Archbishop of the Church of Uganda, Reverend Stanley Ntagali  has blamed the increasing number of exam malpractices in national exams on the Uganda National Examination Board (UNEB).

Ntagali made the remarks while at Busesa Archdeaconry in Iganga district where results from many schools where withheld by UNEB at UCE level.
