Business came to a stand still on Monday as city socialite Brian Kirumira, also known as Bryan White made a procession in the city.
Kirumira had earlier been released on bail by the Makindye Chief Magistrate Erias Kakooza on bail together with his co-accused, Thomas Okoth, a police officer attached to Crime Intelligence.

Following their release, White boarded a waiting Toyota Tundra before being joined by an army of his supporters.
Other supporters followed him on boda bodas as he made stopovers along the way to Munyonyo in a bid to greet people on the road as well as dishing out money.
At one moment, the city socialite who was being guarded by a group led by his co-accused Okoth got out of the vehicles and marched up to Auto Spa fusion in Munyonyo.
At Munyonyo, he met another group of supporters who were waiting for him before he addressed them.
It's alleged that Brian Kirumira and Thomas Okoth unlawfully attempted to cause the murder of Victor Bitwire contrary to section 204 of the Penal Code Act.
