Total Uganda rewards UPDF for being “good customers”

Total Uganda officials on Wednesday rewarded UPDF for being their good customers in the fuel and gas industry.

This was at a function held at the Ministry of Defence and Veteran Affairs headquarters in Mbuya in which the Total Uganda officials led by their Managing Director, Imemba Obi handed over a couple of goodies.

“UPDF have been our good partners at Total Uganda. As we appreciate our customers this week, we must also appreciate you not only for securing the country but also partnering with us well,”Imemba said.

In response, the Ministry of Defence Permanent Secretary, Rosette Byengoma said the partnership between the two entities goes way back, and noted it will continue blossoming.

“I must thank Total Uganda for the good relationship we have maintained for many years,”Byengoma said.

Total Uganda recently launched the customer appreciation week where they will reward their customers.

According to the Total Uganda Managing Director, through the customer appreciation week, they would be receiving feedback from their customers about the company’s products for improvement but also giving back to them as a way of appreciation.

“We shall visit our key customers, especially the commercial ones to give them gifts as a way of appreciating them for supporting the company for the last 64 years we have been in Uganda,”Imemba said.

He said that for the retail customers, instant goodies will be at the various Total Uganda fuel stations around the country.
