Salam TV and Infotrust Property Consultants have officially unveiled Salaam Estates Phase 3 along the Kalasa–Ssemuto Road, with the launch highlighted by the handover of a 50x100 titled plot to the winner of the Omumanyi Wa Salam TV Northern Region competition.
The event attracted prospective buyers from different parts of Uganda who attended the official opening of the estate, with several securing 50x100 sharia-compliant plots.
Mahmood Khalid, who emerged winner of the Omumanyi Wa Salam TV Northern Region competition, was given the first opportunity to select his preferred plot before sales commenced for other buyers.
After the formal handover by Infotrust Property Consultants, Khalid thanked both Salam TV and the property developer for helping him achieve his dream of owning land.
“This is a life-changing opportunity,” Khalid said. “I encourage all Ugandans to register and participate in the Omumanyi Wa Salam TV competitions for a chance to win similar prizes.”
Speaking during the unveiling ceremony, Salam TV Managing Director Hajji Karim Kaliisa said the broadcaster only partners with developers it considers credible and capable of delivering on their commitments.
He encouraged Ugandans, both at home and in the diaspora, to consider investing in land through Infotrust Property Consultants, describing the company as one that offers genuine land.
Infotrust Property Consultants said Salaam Estates Phase 3 comprises fully sharia-compliant 50x100 titled plots situated along the rapidly developing Kalasa–Ssemuto Road corridor.
The area's Local Council chairperson also addressed those in attendance, assuring prospective homeowners of adequate security and access to essential services around the estate.
The launch was covered by Salam TV's field crew and marked both the official unveiling of Salaam Estates Phase 3 and the handover of land to Mahmood Khalid, the Omumanyi Wa Salam TV Northern Region winner.
