The day featured interactive sessions, student-led discussions, and creative performances, all centered on emotional wellness and resilience. Speakers encouraged students to treat mental health with the same importance as physical health, while peer counselors shared practical coping tips.

The activation reflected the Nextars spirit, using creativity, media, and youth culture to deliver impactful messages. It was amplified through NBS Plus, a youth channel on AfroMobile dedicated to the youth, ensuring the conversation reached a wider audience of young people.
