Mubaje Urges Pilgrims to Uphold Virtuous Conduct Beyond Hajj
The virtues you embraced during Hajj punctuality in prayer, compassion beyond borders, gentleness and generosity must remain guiding principles even after you return home

The Mufti of Uganda, His Eminence Sheikh Shaban Ramadhan Mubaje, has called on Ugandan pilgrims to uphold the moral and spiritual values practiced during Hajj as a lifelong commitment, beyond the holy pilgrimage.

In a message delivered on his behalf by Dr. Sheikh Ahmad Hamid Wandega, the Eastern Regional Assistant in the Office of the Mufti, the Mufti emphasized that acts such as patience, compassion, prayer discipline, and kindness should define a Muslim's daily life.

"The virtues you embraced during Hajj punctuality in prayer, compassion beyond borders, gentleness and generosity must remain guiding principles even after you return home,” Sheikh Wandega told the pilgrims.

The message comes as Ugandan pilgrims conclude their spiritual journey and begin a tour of significant Islamic sites in the Prophet’s City.
