Phaneroo Pastors Urge Men to Embrace Responsibility

By Edrisa Ssentongo

Phaneroo pastors and leaders have called on men worldwide to embrace responsibility and discipline, emphasizing their critical role in family and society.

The call was made by Pastor Ronnie Mutebi and Allan Tiize, one of the men’s leaders at Phaneroo Ministries, ahead of the MenGather conference at Skyz Hotel, Naguru.

The annual gathering brings together men from different backgrounds to discuss vision, family, money, and other key issues affecting them.

This year’s conference is scheduled for March 8 at Phaneroo Grounds, Naguru, starting at 11 a.m.

Speaking to journalists, Tiize highlighted the high expectations placed on men in various aspects of life, including leadership, guidance, and provision.

He noted that many men struggle to meet societal demands, often leading to challenges such as broken families and disempowered communities.

“Men are viewed as leaders, and with that comes the responsibility to inspire, provide, and influence others. However, without the right guidance, many find it difficult to meet these expectations,” Tiize said.

This year’s conference, themed The Man Project, aims to help men understand God’s purpose in creating them in His image.

The program will offer insights on leadership, family management, and personal growth while emphasizing the importance of seeking divine guidance to navigate life’s challenges.

The event has attracted key partners and sponsors, including Victoria University, which reaffirms its commitment to shaping minds and empowering Ugandans beyond the classroom.

Other notable partners include Jubilee Insurance, Motorcentre East Africa, and Post Bank.

As part of the buildup to the main event, Phaneroo Ministries has organized several activities, including street preaching across Kampala, as well as a basketball tournament at Lugogo Hockey Grounds featuring teams from MTN, Stanbic Bank, NSSF, and Phaneroo.
