Mbadi, Kabyanga Thanksgiving Draws Thousands in Kasese
Thousands of residents have gathered at Kaguta Grounds in Nyakatonzi, Kasese District, for a Thanksgiving ceremony presided over by President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
The event honors Minister Godfrey Kabyanga, State Minister for ICT, and General Mbadi Wilson, State Minister for Trade.
The ceremony celebrates their ministerial appointments and acknowledges the stability and development projects initiated by the government in Kasese.
Dignitaries from the central government, cultural institutions, religious communities, and representatives from DR Congo have joined the crowd to mark the occasion.
Supporters of the ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM), dressed in signature yellow attire and adorned with party stickers, are visibly excited as they await the President’s arrival.
