Group Chief Executive Officer of Next Media Services, Kin Kariisa, has underscored the company's strategies for thriving in crises, highlighting the crucial role of technology and innovation in enhancing operational resilience.

Kariisa made these remarks after delivering a keynote address at the Media Owners Association of Zambia's General Meeting on Wednesday, where he focused on media sustainability in a rapidly evolving industry.
