Speaking to the congregation, Bishop Kibuuka used the opportunity to urge parents to ensure safety of children during holidays.

“As parents, you must ensure everyone in the family follow Standard Operating Procedures to avoid spread of Ebola. Be strict on children to ensure they don’t move anyhow and they should reach home safely. At home, keep them safe,”Kibuuka urged.

“In the same way, parents should ensure children worship God. Let them go to churches and mosques where they can be guided morally. Let them know the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. Control children from engaging in sex acts.”
