Vice Chairperson Rukundo Expedito passed away at Mbarara Regional Referral Hospital due to multiple organ failure, leaving the Buhweju District people in sadness. The community has been devastated by his passing.
"Rukundo had been battling diabetes for a long time," noted Mwijukye Francis, the Member of Parliament for Buhweju County. This ongoing struggle ultimately took a toll on his health.
