A multitude of players in the justice law and order sector have converged at Kololo Independence Grounds to exhibit their worth at the ongoing National Court Open Day at Kololo Independence Grounds.
According to the Judicial Spokesperson James Ereemye Mawanda, this day brings together all the Justice Sector players to showcase products of their mandates according to their areas of specification.
"There is even learning, provision of legal aid services, settlement minor disputes and all sorts of inspiration," said Ereemye Mawanda.
During the day, various aspects of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) will be transacted especially plea bargain and Small Claims Procedure of threshold not more than Shs. 10 million.
The day kicked off with a march from Judicial headquarters at Constitutional Square in Kampala to Kololo led by the Principal judge Flevuan Zeija and it will be presided over by Chief Justice Alfonse Owiny Dollo.
