Fifty students graduated at Victoria University on Friday at a colourful function held at at Speke Resort Munyonyo.
The students drawn from the Faculty of Health Sciences, Technology, Humanities and Social Sciences, and Business and Management received their testimonials to mark the successful completion of their university studies.
The function was graced by the senior presidential advisor on ICT Dr Ham Muliira, the university Chancellor Dr Martin Jerome Aliker, vice chancellor, Associate Prof Krishna N. Sharma and university promoter Rajiv Ruparelia.
Victoria University is owned by Ruparelia Group and it is accredited by the National Council for Higher Education and Uganda Nurses and Midwifery Council.
It is the first university in Uganda to run the Advanced Diploma in Logistics and Transport program accredited by Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), with which they entered a partnership recently.
