Glovo Uganda, a leading multi-category app has announced its inaugural e-commerce Day—a groundbreaking event designed to equip SMEs with the tools and strategies they need to succeed in the fast-changing digital economy.
Scheduled for tomorrow, December, 5, in Kampala, the event will bring together SME owners, industry experts, Glovo partners, and thought leaders alongside local and international brands to foster innovation, unlock growth opportunities, and drive digital transformation across sectors.
Over 1,000 SMEs across Uganda already leverage Glovo’s platform to expand their reach, optimize operations, and embrace digital solutions that fuel sustainable growth.
The event aims to empower even more businesses to thrive in a competitive digital marketplace.
According to organisers, the event will have interactive workshops, practical strategies to scale businesses, build brands, streamline operations, tailored advice on financial literacy, invoicing, and payment cycles and networking sessions.
According to officials, the inaugural Glovo e-commerce day is a catalyst for growth, equipping SMEs with lasting tools, actionable strategies, and connections to navigate and lead in Uganda’s rapidly evolving e-commerce ecosystem.
