President William Ruto has reiterated his commitment to inclusive and progressive politics, emphasizing that no region in Kenya will be left behind in the nation's development efforts.

In a recent post on his X account, the President linked the rationale behind the formation of a broad-based Cabinet to this vision of national unity and development.

The statement comes one month after President Ruto made a significant Cabinet reshuffle, sacking several ministers and appointing new members in response to countrywide demonstrations led by youth demanding better governance and economic opportunities.

The protests highlighted growing frustrations among the younger population, prompting the President to take decisive action in reshaping his government.

During a visit to Kamasubo village in Suna East, President Ruto oversaw the connection of electricity to the family of Mr. Andrew Owuor Masubo and launched the tarmacking of critical link roads in the constituency.

Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, alongside newly appointed Cabinet Secretaries, Governors, Members of Parliament, and Members of County Assemblies, accompanied him.

President Ruto also expressed his gratitude to the residents and traders of Migori Town for their continued support of his administration's transformative agenda. He assured them that the new Cabinet is committed to ensuring that all parts of Kenya benefit from the government's development initiatives, reinforcing his vision of a united and prosperous nation.
